In Loving Memory of Alegra Danielle Angelo
Alegra’s life was brief, but her light was immeasurable. She moved through this world with a brilliance that could not be contained — curious, tender, radiant in ways that left an imprint on every soul she touched. Though her time here was far too short, her impact was eternal. She was deeply loved, fiercely wanted, and she remains unforgettable.
Her absence left a silence that could have swallowed everything. But instead, that silence became a call — a call to rise, to speak, to build, to fight. Through this nonprofit, her name is no longer a memory whispered in grief; it is a banner lifted in purpose. Alegra’s legacy is carried in every woman we empower, every child we protect, every barrier we break. Like the phoenix, her name rises — and with it, so do we.
Where the Mission Found Its Heart
L.E.G.G.S INC did not begin as an organization.
It began as two lives — Tara’s and Gracie’s — running parallel, each marked by love, loss, and a longing to make meaning out of pain. Tara held the name first — Alegra — a name born from love, carried through heartbreak, and spoken with reverence. She honored it. She believed it could become more.
And then there was Gracie — a woman whose life had already been shaped by resilience, advocacy, and the unshakable belief that women deserve to rise. Where Tara brought the spark, Gracie brought the pulse. Where Tara carried the memory, Gracie carried the movement. Two women. Two journeys. Two truths that found each other at exactly the right moment. Together, they transformed a whisper into a voice, a vision into a mission, a name into a living force.
